There are infinite ways you can strengthen your energy, and most of them won’t even cost you a cent. Whatever your lifestyle is, there's always something you can do to give yourself a boost of vitality.
Recharge in Nature
Get outside! It's proven that nature is the best medicine. Even if you live in a busy, bustling city, take a walk and let your mind and feet wander.
Spending time outside is an easy and sure-fire way to improve your health and well being. Going for a walk or hike is great exercise, getting some sun gives you that much needed Vitamin D, and going to the beach is a great way to chill out.
Try a grounding practice next time you're at the beach or a park. All it involves is standing barefoot in the grass or sand for 15-20 minutes while you take deep breaths. This will replenish your energy easily!
Meditate With Crystals

Chakra balancing is a super easy practice and doesn’t need to take more than 10 to 15 minutes. If you live a high-stress lifestyle, balancing your chakras will keep you above water and functioning to the best of your abilities.
Find a comfortable position and just visualize a happy place, such as a beach, a river bed, your family home, or anywhere that makes you happy. Once you do that, you can start to focus on one chakra at a time. Start with the root chakra and work your way up to the crown chakra.
You can visualize each chakra by thinking about the color associated with it. Red for the root chakra, Orange for the solar plexus chakra and so on.
If you want to further engage with your chakras, you can even visualize a flower blooming. You can also incorporate crystals to go even deeper into this practice.
Eat Whole Foods & Ditch the Junk
It’s time to drive past the drive through and get yourself into the produce section. Proper nutrition shouldn’t be a daunting, expensive, limiting thing. You don’t need a crash diet to lose weight or feel good!
One reason our life force energy diminishes is because we aren’t eating properly or drinking enough water. Junk and fast food is poison. The reason why it’s fast and cheap is because it's filled with chemicals and not real food.
Not only does consuming these foods lead to health problems, it also ruins your skin and doesn’t allow for proper bodily functions. A poor diet leads to poor digestion, which leads to cramps, irregularity, bad skin, and fatigue, all of which lower confidence and consume your vitality.
A proper diet doesn’t have to be expensive or difficult — there are many affordable alternatives to junk food. Look for healthy fats like avocado, salmon, and coconut oil. Add some fruits and veggies and you’re off to the races.
Hydration is also super important. Our bodies are 70% water and we need it to survive. Drinking enough water ensures proper mental and physical function. 8 cups a day keeps the doctor away!
Work on Raising Your Vibration
When we say “raise your vibration,” we mean becoming aware of an unfavorable emotional state and actively taking the steps needed to increase your body's frequency.

Falling asleep can be just as tough, if not more challenging, than waking up. Begin your wind-down routine with a warm, calming tea with no caffeine. Chamomile is a wonderful, natural sleep aid.
